A university-based inclusive academic and career guidance program
The Next Step Program aims at establishing a post-secondary inclusive educational program that focuses on and caters for the individual needs and career choices of each student. It positively nurtures and supports students’ strengths and interests and provides mentoring and guidance.

Our mission
Our mission is to empower students with special needs by providing them with the necessary academic knowledge, skills, and learning opportunities. We are dedicated to preparing them for future education and successful job placement, ensuring their growth into productive and independent members of their community. Through our comprehensive programs and support, we strive to create an inclusive and nurturing environment that fosters the holistic development of each student.
Work is the most important and central adult activity in our society. It is how everyone, including those with disabilities, is judged as being successful after completing the educational program.

PROGRAMS
Programs & courses
The program spans over a period of three years that include academic courses with functional objectives as well as vocational preparation. The curriculum is primarily based on the Life Centered Education objectives published by the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC). At the end of the three years, students receive a certificate of completion from the Continuing Education Center.
